10 Ways To Distress


WOAH. It has been a while since I have done a collab! This is a collab with the lovely Guilianna. She runs my favorite fashion, beauty, and lifestyle blog! Seriously take a look at her blog and the post we did a collab for! LINK CLICK HERE!!! DO IT!

1. Listen to the EP Truce by FRENSHIP!- I have been listening to this EP all day every day, in fact, it's playing right now. I love their song kids. Find music that you enjoy listing too! This is one of my favorite ways to distress. Turn up the music, start dancing, and forget all about whatever has been stressing you out! 1000 Nights is a song you must listen to too!

2. Paint your nails- I don't know about you but doing something this tedious relaxes me. Paint your nails a color that makes you happy, add in some sparkles, add a top coat, and you've magically forget about how stressed you are!

3. Count your blessing- SERIOUSLY! Count them. Sometimes when our mind is racing trying to find solid ground is hard, we forget how good we have it. Count the good things in your life. The little things, and the big ones.

4. Blog- How could I leave this out? That's right I can't leave it out of the picture. It is so important to keep doing things you like even when you are drop dead busy. Let us know where you are! Plus, if you have a problem I am sure your blogger friends can make it all better with virtual hugs and advice!

5. Cook- Make something! Anything! Just make something. Cookies, pie, cheesecake, noodles, learn to make something new. This is always extremely, fun way to take a break and unwind.

6. Write about how busy you are- This helps to put things into perspective. You will most likely realize you aren't as busy as you made it seem. If you actually find out you are as busy as you thought you were go to number 3 then 1 then 4 then 5 then 2 or maybe 2 before 5 because those nails need to dry!

7. Go outside- You need some fresh air. End of story.

8. See a good friend- Your friends know you! They know how to have a good time and forget about everyday life! Trust me and TRUST THEM!

9. Do something nice for someone- Be filled with the joy of a simple random act of kindness! Leave some sticky notes around the library!

10. BREATHE- You can make it through this. Breathe in and now breathe out! Take a few of these distresses and go destress yourself. This is only temporary and the stress will pass! Don't let anything take you down be a unicorn! (not sure what that has to do with anything but just go with it) GO WITH THE FLOW! Keep on swimming my friends!

  4. These are awesome tips! I think my favorite is to go outside. I usually like to go outside before a busy day and just take a few pics, or ride a bike. :)
